FAQs – What You Need to Know

  • Do you charge based on usage or time out?

    All rental rates are based on time out, not actual usage. Daily rates allow for 8 hours of machine use within a 24-hour period.


  • How far do you deliver?

    We deliver within a 30–40 mile radius from New Berlin, WI. Delivery charges apply. Contact us for availability and delivery times.


  • What is your fuel policy?

    Some machines include a full tank. Others must be refueled before return. Fuel surcharges may apply if equipment is returned without a full tank.


  • Can I cancel a rental?

    Yes. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $40 cancellation fee. Weather-related rescheduling is allowed if coordinated with our team.


  • Are you insured?

    Yes. Tool Time Rental LLC is fully licensed and insured. Customers are responsible for any damage while equipment is in their possession.
